Tired of the same old walls? Spice up your business meetings in our industrial conference space! Fitting up to 20 people, you can enjoy the elbow room or pack the house with creative professionals. Really want a unique experience? Ask your concierge to open the bay door for your meeting and watch the South Florida Tri-Rail train zip by periodically throughout your gathering. There is truly nothing like it!

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. No animal, children under 12 or loud music or noisy sessions without prior written consent. Overtime is billed 1.5x the normal hourly rate per partial hour or hour.
