Our community is one of creatives - entrepreneurs to established businesses, providing an excellent environment for collaboration. Our goal is to provide function, as well a flexible space complete with a photo studio, conference room, and event space all under one roof.
We are located just off of I-95 and Okeechobee, in the up and coming "Warehouse District," minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, the newly renovated Rosemary Square, and the island of Palm Beach. We are also within walking distance of Grandview Public Market and Elizabeth Avenue.
